Ka’u Estate is an award winning coffee from the Big Island of Hawaii just south of Kona where unspoiled land, sunny days and misty afternoons give Ka’u its characteristic deep flavors. Because Ka’u is one of our most popular coffees, and the latest crop is just as amazing as the first crop, we have decided to roast it with a full city roast to bring out the bean’s subtle nuances and incredible, bright flavor.
